International Introductory Award in Conflict Handling - Vocational (No. 8414 )

This qualification forms part of a suite of qualifications designed to develop the skills of learners that are interested in entering or are already in a customer service or sales related position. They have a simple delivery process for learners, centres and employers, making them a very appealing qualification for any centre to offer.

There are two categories of qualification:-

Generic Qualifications
Customer Service, Selling and Conflict Handling.

Hospitality Specific Qualifications
Customer Service and Selling.
